After an overwhelming demand from our participants to have a Mastermind Group discussing the current issues and obstacles in their professional life, we created On The Court Mastermind Group (OTC).

This Members Only group meets every month to address current issues in each members specific business or trade and creatively problem-solve solutions to ensure the highest continued achievement.

Facilitated by Jeff Slayter and limited to 30 participants, this unique Mastermind group works with the concepts in our trainings, continuing mastery, and enhancing integration. Have the priceless opportunity to openly discuss professional challenges you are having with a group of peers and a professional Executive Coach.

Although an “open frame” discussion – where any professional development topic is open for discussion -  each participant comes prepared to discuss a particular sticking point in their professional lives. The OTC Members are ready to dive deeply into the best techniques to use and dismantle the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving what you want.
