The Coaching Mastery Certification will provide you with all the skills and tools you need to be an effective coach and leader. It begins with the assumption that we are all capable individuals, who sometimes obscure our inherent effectiveness with blocks we’ve put in place from our past.

The program emphasizes the acquisition of hard and soft skills and facilitates personal growth. During the program you will be guided to find and disarm your personal triggers — those events, topics or people that break your concentration and momentum. By disarming these triggers you will become present and available to others in a way that has a profound impact on them and your relationship with them.

The program meets one weekend every month (Saturday and Sunday 9am – 6pm) for ten months beginning in January, with participants meeting one evening each week to support each other and practice the material.

From the first day forward, participants are actively engaged in coaching and are strongly encouraged to use the material personally and professionally as they study. Participants who want to build coaching practices begin doing so during the program with the support and mentorship of the course facilitators, while those who have other interests will be encouraged to use the material in those pursuits as well.

By the end of the program:

• The belief you hold about your value and your relationship to money will be unrecognizable
• You will have a permanent and substantial expansion in your ability to be with people as they are and where they are, finding a place where your buttons are untouchable and you maintain choice and behavioral flexibility in all domains.
• You will gain a sophisticated understanding of collaborative systems, financial systems and family systems giving you diagnostic tools applicable to almost any human condition.
• You will be offered specific change patterns to create behavioral changes in your clients.

In addition to deep personal work, the course will also train you in a specific sales process that is highly effective and you’ll learn how to value and how much to charge for your services.
